Interested in archery but never had a facility near you? It's been a long but worthwhile journey. We thank all the people who have donated their time and resources so far into what has the potential to be one of the finest facilities for archery and gun enthusiasts in the country. From a barren area of 308 acres of land to a well planned and designed complex, the facility has 45 acres designated to the sport of archery - with activities from field archery rounds to 3D animal rounds and more. A circuit path has been created for the first 14 targets and the static range, with paths to each target to collect arrows; we're clearing a public area for picnic tables. Shaping up nicely!
The parking lot has been graded and numbers added to each station. Much of the 2017 Wildlife and Parks grant will be designated for archery improvements...more to come!
